In the modern Art world, there is a place in the north of New York that is not known as the MoMA or the Withney, but which deserve to appear on more touristic guides. The Dia:Beacon center is a place where the DIA Foundation exposes his most impressive works of Art that do not fit into New York City museums.

Some of the most famous artists of the 20th century are visible here like Louise Bourgeois, Richard Serra, Dan Flavin or Sol LeWitt.
